Cat Minding
Through Walking Woofers' sister business, Minding Meows, we also take care of your feline fur children and other small pets. While many dogs easily adjust to staying in a boarding facility while their families are away, cats much prefer to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes where they feel safe and secure.
We take care of the basics, of course - feeding, freshening water, cleaning litter trays and basic grooming. But, we understand just how much cats need one-on-one attention, appropriate to their personalities and tolerance levels. We can visit once or twice a day, for 30 minutes each time to ensure your cat is played with, cuddled or made to feel important - whatever is required.
And we're not just limited to cats ... from budgies to guinea pigs, rabbits to fish, we can look after any small pet that is happy at home while you're away. If required, we stay in touch with you, providing regular photos and emails of your cat or small pet. We can also take care of any home admin and security, like bringing in the post, watering plants or putting out bins.
